Why an account leaves UAS
Your agreement defines default. Check it for the exact terms. The company that owns your
contract, not UAS, decides whether an account is in default.
Who Omega RMS is

What a collection agency sends first
A debt collector has to tell you in writing what it is collecting. The notice names the creditor, states the amount, and tells you how to dispute the debt and by what date. Read it as soon as it arrives. What to do
1
Read the notice
Check the creditor’s name and the amount against your agreement and your last statement from us.
2
Dispute it in writing if something is wrong
Send it to the address on the notice, before the date it gives. Keep a copy.
3
Use the payment details on the notice
Pay the company named on the notice, in the way the notice says. If you are not sure who holds
your account, call us first.
4
Tell the collection agency if you want it to stop contacting you
Use the contact details on its notice. If your account is with Omega RMS, you can also call
(888) 378-7447.
Not sure it is real?
Do not give anything out on a call or message you are unsure about. Call us at (888) 233-2302, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central.
