# Terms, Privacy and E-SIGN

> The three documents that govern the website and your electronic consent — and which one is not about your account.

## Privacy Policy

Covers what we hold, what we share, and the limited parts you can control. Summarized on

<Note>
  **Your lender has its own privacy notice, separate from ours.** The privacy page carries several —
  UAS first, then the bank or credit union that funded your loan. They do not say the same things
  about sharing, so read the one that names your lender as well as ours.

## E-SIGN Consent

Federal law entitles you to receive certain information on paper. Consenting to electronic records
is how you agree to receive it by email instead.

What it gives you, and what it asks of you:

| **You need** internet access, a current browser, something that opens PDFs, storage, an email address, and a device             |   |
| **You agree to** keep your email address current                                                                                |   |
| **We may still send paper** at our discretion, and will if a statement carries legally required material                        |   |

## Terms and Conditions

These are **website** terms, governed by Missouri law. They cover cookies, copyright, registration,
disclaimers and indemnification — not your account.

Two things in them worth knowing:

* **Cookies.** UAS states it uses cookies in a limited way — not for analytics or tracking, and not
  to obtain personally identifiable information. Only to make a session work.
* **They can change without notice**, and continued use of the site is acceptance of the current
  version.
