Ours is a public record you can check without contacting us. Search for Universal Account Servicing, LLC, or enter 1060516. ## Where we are licensed We are licensed as a third-party servicer and collector in states where licensing is required. State-by-state detail is available on request — [contact us](/getting-help/contacting-uas) and we will send it. ## If you want to complain to a regulator You can raise a complaint with us first — that is usually faster, and we may be able to fix it. See [Contacting UAS](/getting-help/contacting-uas) or [open a support request](/getting-help/opening-a-support-request). You do not have to, though. Depending on where you live, you may also contact a state regulator directly. UAS is licensed and examined under Texas law by the OCCC | | **New Hampshire** | New Hampshire Banking Department | | **Nevada** | Bureau of Consumer Protection, Office of the Nevada Attorney General | | **South Dakota** | Named in the disclosures issued with some agreements | Check your own agreement and disclosures — the regulators named there are the ones relevant to your account.
