## Where we are licensed

We are licensed as a third-party servicer and collector in states where licensing is required.
State-by-state detail is available on request — [contact us](/getting-help/contacting-uas) and we
will send it.

## If you want to complain to a regulator

You can raise a complaint with us first — that is usually faster, and we may be able to fix it. See
[Contacting UAS](/getting-help/contacting-uas) or
[open a support request](/getting-help/opening-a-support-request).

You do not have to, though. Depending on where you live, you may also contact a state regulator
directly. Some of these appear in your own agreement or disclosures:

| State | Regulator |

Check your own agreement and disclosures — the regulators named there are the ones relevant to your
account.
